Job Description

The Content Operations Specialist I supports the Content team and its products by providing systems expertise and troubleshooting issues, fielding customer inquiries, coordinating data projects and report/metric development, and collaborating with cross-functional ops teams including Product Management, Information Systems and Engineering. The Ops Specialist monitors overall data integrity for the products.

Responsibilities
  • Apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot issues and suggest system improvements for the Content teams.
  • Respond to internal & external customer inquiries and provide support to Customer Service.
  • Work collaboratively with Content teams, other ops teams, information systems teams, and engineering.
  • Maintain awareness of production goals & workflow and prioritize production or support tasks accordingly.
  • Create and maintain production-related reports and other reports as needed.
  • Monitor integrity of book data in systems and reports.
  • Support internal and external projects.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to coordinate workflows.

Salary and Benefits

The below compensation range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.

Salary Range

$16.78—$23.06 USD
