You will support the Content team by providing systems expertise, troubleshooting issues, and managing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The Content Operations Specialist I supports the Content team and its products by providing systems expertise and troubleshooting issues, fielding customer inquiries, coordinating data projects and report/metric development, and collaborating with cross-functional ops teams including Product Management, Information Systems and Engineering. The Ops Specialist monitors overall data integrity for the products.

Salary Range
$16.78—$23.06 USD
