Are you a curious, creative writer who loves turning complex ideas into compelling stories? Flashpoint is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team, remote in the United States.

In this role, you'll work directly with some of the industry's leading intelligence analysts to translate research and insights on cybersecurity, fraud, ransomware, and emerging threats into content that informs, engages, and inspires action. From blogs and social media to research reports, thought leadership, and creative campaigns, you'll help bring Flashpoint's expertise to life while strengthening our brand, expanding our reach, and supporting business growth.

We're looking for someone with strong writing skills, natural curiosity, and hands-on experience using AI to work smarter and deliver better results. You'll collaborate with experienced marketers, analysts, and designers to create compelling content, find innovative ways to improve how we work, and use performance insights to continuously strengthen our impact. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while developing your skills on a collaborative team.

We have a role for you if, you:
  • Love writing and storytelling, and have created content that makes complex topics clear, engaging, and accessible to different audiences.

  • Are naturally curious, enjoy learning about emerging technologies, and know how to analyze research, data, and expert insights to develop compelling content.

  • Have experience interviewing subject matter experts or translating their insights into accurate, engaging stories.

  • Have hands‑on experience using AI‑powered tools to improve workflows, solve problems, or make your work more efficient and impactful, and are eager to continue building those skills.

  • Understand that great content should do more than tell a compelling story. It should also reach the right audiences and support measurable marketing outcomes.

  • Are curious about content performance and enjoy using data and audience insights to understand what resonates and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Are organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines while collaborating with others.

What you will get to do on our team:
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts, social media copy, bylined articles, and other content that showcases Flashpoint's intelligence and expertise.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time and aligned with Flashpoint's brand and marketing priorities.

  • Interview analysts and other subject matter experts to translate technical research, proprietary data, and emerging threat insights into accessible, engaging stories.

  • Contribute to research reports, guides, thought leadership, and other pillar assets that support Flashpoint's brand and go‑to‑market priorities.

  • Partner with our Design and Social Media teams to develop engaging visuals, animations, videos, and other creative assets that extend the reach and impact of our content.

  • Develop content that supports media opportunities, thought leadership initiatives, and marketing campaigns, and repurpose existing research into new formats to reach broader audiences.

  • Apply SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) best practices to strengthen visibility across traditional search engines and AI‑powered discovery platforms.

  • Apply AI‑powered tools and develop workflows that improve content creation, editing, optimization, and repurposing while identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, creativity, and quality.

  • Partner with Revenue Marketing to track content engagement, organic visibility, and website performance, using insights to optimize existing content and inform future priorities.

What you will achieve:

Within 30 days:

  • Develop an understanding of Flashpoint's mission, products, audiences, and brand voice, and build relationships across Marketing, Intelligence, and Design.

  • Become familiar with our editorial calendar, content standards, and AI‑enabled workflows.

  • Publish your first blog posts and social content with editing and guidance from the team.

Within 60 days:

  • Independently interview subject matter experts and deliver blog posts, social copy, and other assigned content against the editorial calendar.

  • Collaborate with Design to develop engaging visual content and contribute to long‑form assets and integrated campaigns.

  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with analysts, Design, and other stakeholders to develop differentiated, engaging content.

  • Begin implementing or refining an AI‑enabled workflow that improves content development, efficiency, or quality.

  • Use performance insights and audience trends to optimize existing content and inform future content development.
