As a Content Marketing Manager at e180,you will play a key role in shaping how we communicate the value of Braindate to the world. Grounded in a deep understanding of our audience, product, and mission, you will craft clear, persuasive, and human-centered content across the full customer journey.

Grounded in research and collaboration, you’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Experience teams to craft messaging that resonates – whether through website copy, email campaigns, blog posts, or in-app content. Your writing will reflect both the curiosity and care we bring to every interaction, helping more people discover, understand, and engage with Braindate.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the cross-channel content strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and campaign objectives.
  • Write, manage, and distribute all content across formats and platforms—including blog posts, social posts, email campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and more.
  • Create content strategies that support demand generation, lead nurturing email campaigns, and pipeline acceleration across social, digital, and channels.
  • Manage our marketing agency to brief, review, and approve content deliverables that support our campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, experience, and product teams) and external partners to develop value-driven, audience-relevant content.
  • Plan and execute the capture of onsite content at key Braindate events, transforming real-time moments into evergreen, high-impact assets.
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, supporting social selling strategies and engaging target audiences through consistent, brand-aligned content.
  • Write conversion-focused content for every stage of the customer journey to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Support the experience and product teams with intuitive in-app content and UX copy that enhances the user journey and product adoption.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor content strategies, and market shifts to continuously elevate our storytelling.
Role Requirements
  • Proven experience as a writer and content manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types (e.g., thought leadership, product marketing, demand gen assets).
  • Deep understanding of the B2B and SaaS landscape—including key terminology, buying cycles, and audience (Event Marketers) pain points.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different formats (from blog posts to product copy to executive messaging).
  • Strategic mindset with experience building content that maps to the full funnel—from awareness to conversion to retention.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience using performance metrics to analyze content effectiveness and inform content optimization (e.g., page performance, CTRs, conversion rates).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) CMS tools (WordPress), and analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
