Job summary

PostcardMania is seeking a Marketing Copywriter to craft engaging content for its brands, including Rocket Print & Mail and PCM Integrations. You will turn research and customer insights into clear marketing messages that educate small business owners and drive conversions.

You’ll interview customers, research market trends, and optimize content for SEO and AI-assisted strategies, collaborating with teams to align voice across brands.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in marketing copywriting or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong short- and long-form writing abilities with a talent for storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content for small business audiences.
• Strong research skills and ability to use data, statistics, and credible sources effectively.
• Understanding of SEO and SEO content strategy; GEO, AEO, AI search, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
• Strong interviewing and customer-storytelling skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with WordPress and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish short- and long-form marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, educational resources, and case studies.
• Interview customers and turn their experiences into compelling customer stories.
• Research industries, competitors, customer needs, trends, and topics to identify valuable content and SEO opportunities.
• Create and optimize content using SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-search best practices.
• Write headlines, introductions, calls to action, and content structures that drive engagement and conversions.
• Use statistics and credible sources to create authoritative, useful content.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to adapt content for multiple brands and audiences.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand voice.
