Job summary

Octopush is seeking a remote Content Marketing Manager based in GMT+1 to lead a global copy team and shape a compelling brand voice across blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, and more.

You will drive SEO growth, manage translations to Spanish and French, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and support to build email campaigns and gated content that grows subscribers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Spanish is a major plus.
• A proven track record in SEO with examples of organic growth.
• Must be based in GMT+1 timezone while working remotely.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Manage a remote team of copywriters who will create content under your guidance.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned channels (blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics). Target: 10 content pieces per month.
• Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, brand awareness, and other key metrics (e.g., ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates).
• Optimize existing content to drive SEO growth.
• Improve our website copywriting and help us define our brand voice.
• Manage content translations for Spanish and French.
• Create pitch and email sequences for the sales and marketing teams.
• Grow our subscriber base by providing regular, helpful content aligned with needs and interests.
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, sales) and external experts to produce relevant content and develop partnerships.
• Create email campaigns targeted at users who sign up for gated content or opt into our mailing list.
