What's This Role About?

This isnt a sit-back-and-wait kind of role. We’re looking for a content-driven marketer who can think strategically and roll up their sleeves to build. You’ll be writing stories that rank, creating videos people actually watch (using AI), and turning ideas into high-impact content — without waiting for a 12-step approval chain.


(Quick tip: Our ideal candidate is a marketer who can take a single insight and spin out a blog, a short-form video, a landing page, and a LinkedIn post - each one designed to educate, rank or convert)

If you can dream up a content idea, draft it, optimize it, and hit publish, this is your jam.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Build and run content strategies that bring organic traffic and real leads
  • Research, outline, and write content (blogs, emails, landing pages, social posts)
  • Create and repurpose scripts and ideas for short-form video content (using AI video creation tools)
  • Track and optimize content using GA4, Google Search Console, etc. and optimize
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design to make sure messaging hits the mark
  • Analyze what’s working, and optimize without overthinking it

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in content/digital marketing
  • You’ve planned and written SEO content that ranks, converts (and sounds good)
  • You’re comfortable using GA4 and GSC to track performance and uncover insights
  • Experience with or interest in AI tools for content (bonus if you’ve built workflows)
  • Basic video creation skills or a willingness to learn
  • Bonus: a little bit of experience with tools like Canva, Descript and Figma
  • You're a mix of builder, thinker, editor, and shipper
