Overview

Content Manager – Pre-Sales (Consensus)

Are you passionate about creating engaging digital experiences that bring products to life? Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, content, and sales enablement? We are looking for a Content Manager - Pre Sales (Consensus) to join our team in Sri Lanka and play a key role in shaping how we deliver world-class pre-sales content.

As the Content Manager - Consensus, you’ll manage and optimise our global library of interactive demos, simulations, and video assets within the Consensus platform. You’ll collaborate with pre-sales, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our content is accurate, compelling, and aligned to business priorities. You’ll also be the key link to our Consensus Customer Success Manager, driving adoption of new features and expanding use cases across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and regularly update pre-sales content in Consensus, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Manage and deliver new content requests, working with internal stakeholders to prioritise and challenge requirements.
  • Keep sales teams informed and enabled with the latest demos and assets via SharePoint, Teams, and training.
  • Partner with Consensus’ CSM to resolve issues, lead QBRs, and roll out new platform functionality.
  • Expand our use of Consensus into clickable experiences and simulations, working closely with the pre-sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and enablement teams to co-create content and integrate Consensus into broader campaigns and tools.
  • Produce monthly executive reporting on usage and performance, providing insights to improve impact.
  • Enhance Salesforce reporting to deliver deeper insights into demo engagement and sales performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing content in Consensus or similar demo automation tools.
  • Strong content creation & storytelling skills – able to design demos and experiences that clearly show customer value.
  • Proven ability to manage the full content lifecycle: creation, review, updates, and performance improvements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data analysis (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
  • A collaborative mindset – able to work effectively with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Technical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or risk/ERM/GRC solutions.
  • Salesforce dashboard/reporting skills.
  • Basic video editing, UX design, or digital content production experience.
