  • Review current library content for technical accuracy, relevance, business value, and/or formatting updates.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update outdated content.
  • Gain a strategic understanding of RFP (requests for proposal) responses and the pre-sales process for a variety of sectors and industries.
  • Review completed RFPs for new library content to fill knowledge gaps.
  • Develop enablement materials for the content library and our content management system.
  • Learn how to develop and maintain compelling, persuasive RFP content.
  • Gain the ability to implement brand messaging, including tone, style, and theme, within all responses.
  • Get certified on the company’s Experience Management platforms.
  • Weekly 1:1s with your mentor.
  • Professional development sessions.
  • In depth analysis of Proposals data and data/deliverable management.

Our Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits:

  • Dedicated Development Time: We dedicate time for personal and professional skill development every quarter, allowing you to focus on areas that align with your career aspirations and our team's needs.
  • Exposure & Skill Enhancement: Gain invaluable experience within a leading Experience Management company, developing highly transferable skills in content management, technical communication, and proposal strategy within a dynamic, global environment.
  • Collaborative & Supportive Culture: Be an integral part of a close-knit, high-performing team that champions collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and mutual support, where your contributions are visible and valued.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of college with strong academic performance in Business, Communication, Marketing or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong writing skills, with an interest in technical writing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
