Hobby Lobby is seeking a Content Management Developer to join our corporate team in Oklahoma City, working with Open Text Content Server and ECM solutions. You will collaborate with IT and business users in a dynamic environment and handle development, documentation, and support tasks.

The role requires 2–4 years of content server and development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train users. Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience with Open Text Content Server.
• 2–4 years of development experience.
• Good understanding of IT architectures and databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to train users.
• Independent problem-solving and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and maintain the Content Management System (Open Text).
• Develop, deploy, and maintain ECM solutions for departments.
• Create interfaces between Hobby Lobby apps and Open Text Content Server.
• Prepare user and technical documentation for projects.
• Perform unit and system testing of custom and third‑party software.
• Provide end‑user production support for in‑house apps and Open Text CMS.
• Coordinate project implementations with DBAs, admins, and support teams.
