You will have true ownership of the product and help us build a missing piece of infrastructure on the web - drive the product vision, participate in building the early team, and work closely with the users.

You will get the chance to be the first non-engineering hire at a startup funded by the same folks who backed Square, Twitter, Alibaba, and Twitch early.

Work with seasoned second-time founders who have built multiple companies reaching millions of users.

Responsibilities
  1. Work cross-functionally within Editframe to help develop a strategy around content.
  2. Lead content development, including research, briefs, writing, and editing - assuming ownership for timely delivery.
  3. Build and execute on a playbook for effectively distributing content across online channels and target communities.
  4. Ensure that content strategy is informed by site performance analysis, SEO, and audience insights to optimize results continuously.
  5. Support sales and marketing with a range of content types that add value to the customer journey, onboarding, and retention.
Qualifications
  1. You are first and foremost, an excellent writer and communicator, capable of producing high-quality content week in and week out.
  2. You have 4+ years of experience writing content for engineering-minded audiences.
  3. You enjoy working in a developer-driven environment where you are challenged to write about new concepts in a human way.
  4. You can think of business use cases and practical approaches to interacting with Editframe and its software.
  5. You are a self-starter, resourceful, and capable of driving content forward without too much direction.
  6. You are organized and thorough in how you work, and you understand that you are setting an example for a wider team.
  7. Additionally, you are clearly world-class at these skills or experiences:
  8. Solid writing, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  9. Startup experience.
Alignment
  1. We are looking for folks who are going to run through walls to drive the company forward. You might not know how to solve every problem, but you know it is solvable and you are willing to try.
  2. Passion for building developer tools, excited about solving problems for developers and software businesses.
  3. Independent and self-motivated—maintaining side projects, blog posts, video content, or libraries a major plus.
  4. Shipped products end to end before - whether it was in your day job or projects outside of work.
