Overview
The content team shapes your brand’s digital presence with a focus on organic growth. They create engaging social media posts, email newsletters, blog content, and more. They also compile and distribute monthly reports to clients, showcasing their brand’s influence within their digital community.
Responsibilities
- Draft emails, blog posts, and social media campaign pieces.
- Support social media accounts and manage content calendars.
- Pull crucial data for reports and assist with other data‑gathering tasks.
- Work with the content team to adjust strategies in response to new algorithms.
- Report to a senior content team member.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Motivation to learn new digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Good proofreading and editing abilities.
- Experience in content creation and blogging.
Preferred Experience
- Experience using an email marketing platform such as Mailchimp.
- Experience using a social media scheduling platform such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Loomly.
- Experience using a business Facebook account.
- Adobe Suite experience (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or XD).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
- Experience using project management software such as Teamwork, Asana, Trello, or EOS.
