Job summary

Town in San Francisco is hiring a Content Marketer to shape strategy for multiple content surfaces, test new formats, and drive Town’s story across channels. You’ll own editorial strategy, calendar, and treat content as a performance asset that delivers measurable outcomes.

You will work closely with marketing, brand, and leadership to extend Town’s voice, growing Town’s presence across public surfaces and AI integrations. This is a high-ownership, in-person role in SF.

Qualifications

• Experience in content marketing at a high-growth startup (PLG or B2C preferred).
• Exceptional writer and editor who can move across formats and surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Invent and test content surfaces; ship, measure, learn, and iterate.
• Own editorial strategy and calendar across surfaces; ensure a coherent POV.
• Make content a performance asset; connect to signups, activation, value realized.
