Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

• Strong command of English language, grammar, punctuation and style.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Purpose:

• The Content Editor at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and editing of high-quality content that aligns with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain the integrity and accuracy of information while ensuring compliance with security protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and edit content that meets the company’s standards for quality and accuracy, ensuring consistency in style and tone.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the content is factually accurate and relevant.
• Maintain strict adherence to security protocols, including managing content in accordance with TS SCI and CI Poly requirements.
• Review and revise content to ensure clarity, coherence, and engagement for the intended audience.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure content aligns with overall company objectives and branding strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers and contributors to enhance content quality and development skills. Qualifications Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Required Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content editing or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience with editing and proofreading a variety of content formats, including digital and print media.
• Proven track record of working within a team environment and collaborating with writers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with content management systems and digital publishing platforms. Required Skills and Abilities:
• Must hold TS SCI and CI Poly.
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in content.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using editing software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey feedback and suggestions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
