Job description

A furniture showroom is seeking a highly organized and creative Content & Digital Strategy Lead to oversee social media content and digital advertising across a portfolio of high-end design brands. This is a full-time, mid-level role based in NYC, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office + availability for content shoots as needed). The role reports directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with sharp visual instincts, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, and the ability to follow a campaign from idea to execution. This position focuses primarily on Instagram but also spans YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and manage the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook

· Plan and execute engaging content with a focus on visual storytelling and high-end brand positioning

· Write compelling captions tailored to each platform and campaign objective

· Lead short-form and long-form video editing, particularly for Instagram and YouTube

· Collaborate closely with in-house designers to produce creative assets

· Take ownership of Meta Ads — including campaign setup, audience building, optimization, and performance reporting

· Support digital ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms

· Monitor performance metrics and compile reports with clear recommendations

· Work with showroom teams to capture original content and support seasonal initiatives

· Contribute new content ideas regularly and drive them from concept through to completion

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, ideally in luxury, design, or lifestyle industries

· Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook) with strong performance results

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop (After Effects a plus)

· Strong copywriting and content planning skills

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple timelines

· Experience with YouTube content management or strategy is a plus

· Comfortable using scheduling and analytics tools

· Must be based in NYC and able to work in-office three days per week, plus attend content shoots as needed
