The Content Developer is responsible for ensuring the quality and alignment of the delivered training materials, including interactive tutorials, gamification experiences, and custom adjustments requested by customers. The primary goal is to ensure that all products and services meet the established quality standards and customer expectations, through continuous monitoring, adjustments, and collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Duties

• Design and produce AI- assisted videos using creative and technical skills.

• Create demo and interactive tutorials based on the account/ client needs.

• Design gamification strategies to increase engagement and retention.

• Manage curriculum planning and updates aligned with training goals.

• Apply instructional design methodologies to create materials for in- person, virtual, and hybrid learning environments.

• Develop templates for multimedia/ video projects.

• Analyze and systematize multimedia content.

• Ensure brand visual identity consistency in all materials.

• Create visual mockups of products/ interfaces to share and get approval at different stages.

• Publish and organize content in internal platforms ( Google Sites, OneDrive, etc.).

• Conduct project testing to verify technical, visual, and functional aspects.

• Apply adjustments requested by customers.

Administrative Functions

• Plan and manage gamification strategies aligned with business goals.

• Monitor corporate digital platforms and update content periodically.

• Update and maintain corporate digital assets and platforms.

• Input and organize data in the AI training calculator to optimize model training costs.

MAIN PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

AI- powered videos

• Create videos using AI tools for script, image, and video generation.

• Perform basic editing ( transitions, background music, subtitles, etc.).

• Adapt content for various formats such as social media, presentations, etc.

Demo Tutorials

• Plan, script, and produce demo tutorials in video or interactive format.

• Adapt content to match the identity and needs of each account/ client.

• Create supporting visuals to facilitate comprehension and delivery via LMS or website.

Interactive Tutorials

• Develop tutorials using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Genially, and Figma.

• Conduct usability testing and apply improvements based on feedback.

• Integrate multimedia elements ( text, audio, video, animations, etc.).

Gamification

• Design gamified experiences using mechanics like points, missions, rewards, etc.

• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align the gamification strategy with business objectives.

• Stay current with trends in game design and user behavior.
