About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Knowledge Base Content Developer to support content creation, management, and strategy for a remote position tied to our Fountain Valley, CA location. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing training materials, knowledge base content, and documentation to support internal teams and end-users. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical writing skills, a solid understanding of content strategy, and a collaborative approach to working with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Management, Instructional Design, English, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in content development, knowledge management, or technical writing
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation such as FAQs, SOPs, guides, tutorials, and flowcharts
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Confluence, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce Knowledge, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Markdown, and macro development (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) is a plus
• Strong organizational and editorial skills with experience maintaining templates and style guides
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and analytics-driven content improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication focused on clarity and usability
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training and reference materials for internal teams and users
• Develop content strategies that align with company objectives and user needs
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and completeness
• Write, format, and update FAQs, user guides, SOPs, and flowcharts
• Optimize knowledge base content for accessibility, usability, and SEO
• Use feedback and analytics to identify and implement content improvements
• Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style consistency
• Support management and updates of agent and lead workbooks and macros
