Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Content Developer 1 to support mission-critical government programs. This onsite role requires TS/SCI clearance with MD polygraph and a strong background in content development or training.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI with a MD polygraph
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
• Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.
• Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:
  • CNO operational duties
  • Development of related training
  • Instruction of related training
  • Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.
• Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a DOD program
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services

Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $90,000-$91,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
