What You'll Do
  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
  • Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities.
  • Perform user and group training, and provide services in the development of training materials.
  • Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community.
  • Provide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
  • Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
  • Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision.
  • Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionally.
  • Exercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing duties.
  • Train new team members.
  • Complete non-routine and complex assignments.
  • Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasks.
  • Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts.
What You Bring
  • Active TS/SCI with a Maryland Polygraph
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate's degree for a total of 12 years.
  • Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant military training program for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis), 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP).
  • Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a DOD program
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services
Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $180,000-$184,900, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
