Ministry of Justice is seeking a Senior Content Designer to create and continually improve user-centred content across digital services. You will own content quality, informed by research and data, and align content journeys with business processes in informational and transactional services.

As a Senior Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating, developing and continuously improving user-centred content that supports users throughout their journey. You will take ownership of content quality, using evidence, user research and data insights to inform decisions and drive improvements. Working strategically, you will consider how content journeys align with wider business processes across both informational and transactional services.
You will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, working closely with user researchers, interaction designers, service designers, product owners and developers to deliver accessible, effective and intuitive services. As part of a well-established content design community, you will share best practice, support and mentor colleagues, and contribute to the development of content standards and services across HMCTS and the wider government profession.
