Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Content Design Leader to join the Avatars and Economy pillars in Horizon Experiences. This person will lead a growing team of Content Designers defining emerging products in the Metaverse across mobile, desktop, and MR/VR—facilitating simple, straightforward, and human experiences by leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, product strategy, and content. The Avatars Pillar is responsible for building and evolving the Avatars system across the Metaverse and Meta’s Family of Apps, including new forms of digital representation and expression, serving user and platform needs from creation to immersive interactions. The Economy Pillar is responsible for connecting people to Metaverse content they’ll love, motivating meaningful in-world/in-app investments (pay & play), and supporting the growing community of creators & developers who build our supply of digital content & goods.
