Job summary

McBride Homes, Missouri's largest homebuilder, seeks a Content Creator to work with the marketing team and executive leadership to organize and implement our marketing strategy, visually telling our story across construction projects and completed homes, and showcasing our craftsmanship and design aesthetic.

Based in our Chesterfield Valley facility, you will capture high-quality photos and videos, including drone footage, edit and produce engaging content for social media, the company website,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and photography, especially in construction or real estate.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with drone operation and safety regulations.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• 5+ years preferred in content creation.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction projects, completed homes, and client testimonials to showcase craftsmanship and design aesthetic.
• Utilize drone technology to capture aerial views and unique angles of properties.
• Edit and produce engaging multimedia content for social media, website, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and strategize content ideas aligned with campaigns and brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation to improve quality and engagement.
• Organize and archive photos and videos for easy access in future campaigns and client presentations.
• Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates to management.

McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a talented Content Creator to work closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to help organize and implement the marketing strategy. The Content Creator will be responsible for visually telling our story and showcasing our projects. McBride is Missouri's largest homebuilder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. We have built over 40,000 homes across the St. Louis area and have been in business over 80 years. This is an in-office position located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000/yr. depending on experience, and an annual discretionary bonus opportunity

• Organize and archive photos and videos, ensuring easy access for future use in marketing campaigns, social media posts, and client presentations.
• Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize, track, perform, and report on multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Appreciation of deadlines is essential.

Requirements include:

• Proven experience in videography and photography, especially in construction or real estate.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
