Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Content Creator & Strategist for ElevenMusic, our consumer-facing music creation platform. This is a hands-on, remote role spanning content, community, and brand storytelling; you will own the ElevenMusic presence daily, from videos to social posts, and collaborate with product and engineering.

You are a music maker who lives on social platforms, can speak at events, and will shape how an AI music brand shows up.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating content, with a portfolio of work you can share.
• Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics.
• Comfortable presenting publicly — speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and being a visible face for the product.
• Genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape with informed opinions on where things are headed.

Responsibilities

About the role

ElevenMusic is our consumer-facing music creation platform, built for music creators and professional musicians alike. We want ElevenMusic to have a voice, a community, and a content presence that matches the ambition of the product.

We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist to own that presence. You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible. You will own the ElevenMusic social accounts, build and energise the community around the product, and represent ElevenMusic on stage at creator events.

This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of music creation, content, and community. The right person is a genuine music maker who lives on social platforms, has strong opinions about how an AI music brand should show up, and is just as comfortable behind a mic or on stage as they are in an editing timeline. Because you'll be using the product harder than almost anyone, you'll also be a critical feedback loop into the engineering team, shaping the product itself.

What you will do

• Create educational content and tutorial videos around ElevenMusic — recording, editing, and formatting them natively for each platform and publishing them across our socials
• Make music with ElevenMusic constantly, testing the platform to its limits and turning experiments into content that shows creators what’s possible
• Provide structured, high-signal product feedback to the engineering team based on deep daily use, helping shape the roadmap
• Own and manage the ElevenMusic social accounts, from content calendar and strategy through to publishing, engagement, and analytics
• Help build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work
• Speak at creator events, representing ElevenMusic through talks, demos, and workshops
• Plan and execute content around product launches and feature releases, coordinating with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Stay ahead of trends in music creation, AI tools, and platform culture to find opportunities for the brand

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating content, with a portfolio of work you can share
• Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end: recording, editing, adding text and motion, and formatting natively for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics
• Comfortable presenting publicly — speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and being a visible face for the product
• A genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape — you use the tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions about where things are headed

Bonus

• Experience managing social for a music-related product
• Experience running or growing a community channel such as Discord
• Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
• Experience building a social presence from early stage or leading a rebrand on social
