Job summary

ScandyCandy LLC is seeking a Content Creator & Partnerships Associate in Miami for a part-time, hybrid role. You will be the face of the brand across social media, film short-form content, and manage influencer partnerships.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, understands social media culture, and can bring authentic, lifestyle content while coordinating with partners and events.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated skill in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, or content creation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a part-time, hybrid role and manage schedules across events and shoots.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the brand across social media platforms.
• Film short-form content (Reels, TikToks, vlogs, behind-the-scenes).
• Develop creative content ideas and social concepts.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
• Coordinate outreach to potential collaborators and partnerships.
• Attend events, activations, or shoots as needed.
• Identify creators and influencers aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager to execute the content calendar.
• Stay updated on social media trends and cultural moments.
