Qualifications

• 10+ years in locomotive electrical/mechanical industry.
• Experience as a Training Instructor with strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into learnable segments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging online training and “how-to” videos.
• Plan and script video content, collaborating with SMEs.
• Organize logistics for video shoots, including travel and location access.
• Edit and compile videos, ensuring a professional final product using PPT-animations and Screen‑Record.
• Create supplementary materials such as practice problems and quizzes using AI tools.
• Structure video content into a cohesive training curriculum.
• Potentially lead live training sessions and provide peer feedback on content quality.
• Ability to travel to company sites as needed.
