Content Creator in Business Studies, Accounting & Finance

We are seeking a charismatic and creative Content Creator for a full-time, permanent position. You will develop engaging video content focused on business studies, including accounting and finance.

Our Team

The Pearson+ Content Team aims to build the world’s most helpful video courses to support students worldwide. We are looking for someone to lead the development of comprehensive video courses in business studies, including accounting and finance.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of video courses in business studies, including accounting and finance.
• Plan curricula and individual lessons.
• Write lesson worksheets, develop problems, and record lessons.
• Set and achieve team goals on an annual, quarterly, and weekly basis.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve work products.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing team standards and processes.
• Participate in regular meetings between 9am-5pm EST for planning, editing, and review.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability in managing workload and completing tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use a quiet, dedicated recording space at home (equipment provided by Pearson).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring college students in related fields within the past three years.
• Experience developing curricula, assessments, or educational publishing.
• Experience creating educational videos.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (preferred in business, accounting, or finance).
• Familiarity with video recording equipment and software or willingness to learn.
• Experience engaging with students on social media or willingness to do so.
