  • Identify, understand, and utilize current social media and design trends to increase engagement and reach
  • Develop content with the goal of building high‑performing and potentially viral posts or campaigns

  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality
  • Work cross‑functionally with staff to support outreach, fundraising, and awareness initiatives

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to commute throughout the local tri‑county area
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively without padding hours
  • Self‑starter with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of ethics, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Respectful and professional when working with coworkers and community members
  • Current security clearances (PA State Police Criminal Record Check, a PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and an FBI Criminal History Background Check).

Working Conditions:

Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions, 10-20 hours a week, will require evenings and occasional weekends.
