Job summary

Ohana in New York City is seeking a creative content creator to be the face of Girls Who Sublet on TikTok and Instagram. You'll produce short-form videos that help women discover the community and find roommates and sublets in NYC, including on-camera interviews and neighborhood tours.

The content should feel authentic, informative, and approachable - not like influencer content or scripted advertisements. We're looking for someone who feels like the friend everyone wishes they had when moving

Responsibilities

• Apartment hunting tips and advice
• Roommate and subletting advice
• Common NYC renting mistakes
• Lifestyle content around New York
• Trend-led TikToks adapted to the Girls Who Sublet brand
• Occasional apartment tours and interviews

We're hiring the face of Girls Who Sublet on TikTok and Instagram. Our Instagram community reaches more than 10 million accounts each month.
You'll create short-form video content that helps women discover the community and find roommates and sublets in New York City. This includes appearing on camera, interviewing community members who matched through Girls Who Sublet, sharing neighborhood and listing tours, answering common questions about renting in NYC, and encouraging viewers to message the page so we can connect them with others in the community.
The content should feel authentic, informative, and approachable - not like influencer content or scripted advertisements. We're looking for someone who feels like the friend everyone wishes they had when moving to New York.
You'll also capture lifestyle footage around the city to help bring the Girls Who Sublet brand to life.
