Job summary

Freebird is seeking a Content Creator to craft engaging social content, including short-form videos and lifestyle photography, for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more. You will own content planning, shooting, editing, and publishing, while aligning with Freebird’s voice and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in social media marketing, content creation, or related role.
• Must reside in or within reasonable commuting distance of Denver, CO.
• Available to work ~40 hours/week, 9am–5pm MST.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Capture lifestyle photography and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos and images for social-first storytelling.
• Develop captions aligned with Freebird's brand voice.
• Create content featuring products, customers, employees, events, and campaigns.
• Manage daily publishing across all social channels.
• Maintain and execute the social content calendar.
• Identify emerging social trends and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and creators.
• Support product launches with multimedia content.
• Track engagement metrics and analyze content performance.
• Prepare monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Optimize content strategy using performance data.
