Here’s what you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be working closely with the Toddle team and the subject head to design assessment content for the IBDP Philosophy course on a contractual basis. Here is what you will be doing:
  • Develop exam-style questions for all the assessment components in line with the provided guidelines
  • Develop mark schemes and solutions in line with the provided guidelines
  • Follow detailed instructions on content creation and formatting
  • Have a thorough understanding of the DP Philosophy course and assessment components
  • Work closely with the subject head through feedback rounds

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience teaching DP Philosophy
  • Solid grasp of DP assessment components and formats
  • Completed the IB certification for the new curriculum (2026)
  • Is comfortable working on fast-paced projects with multiple deadlines
  • Can dedicate 10 - 15 hours on a weekly basis for a period of approximately 3 months
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent at written communication and command over language
