Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a detail-oriented image evaluator to compare original digital artworks with AI-generated counterparts. You will document differences, identify anatomical and lighting inconsistencies, and describe artifacts such as warped features or shadows.

Candidates should have a strong portfolio in digital art/retouching, proficiency in Photoshop/Lightroom/Procreate, and excellent written communication for clear feedback to project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong relevant experience in digital art, retouching, or photography with a portfolio of original works.
• Proficiency in image editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or Procreate.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on visual vocabulary.
• Ability to detect subtle differences and identify artifacts in AI-generated images.
• Basic understanding of AI image generation processes and typical failure points.
