Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Content Creator to develop platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels, bringing the AutoNation brand to life with authentic storytelling.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years creating social content, excels in video production and editing, and stays ahead of culture and trends to accelerate performance while upholding brand standards. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience creating content for social platforms (brand, agency, or creator background).
• Strong video production, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Deep fluency in social culture, trends, and platform best practices.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish short‑form, platform‑native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Translate brand platform, strategy, and campaign priorities into engaging, social‑first storytelling.
• Capture, edit, and produce high‑quality photo and video content optimized for each platform.
• Identify and react to cultural moments, trends, and formats aligning with brand voice and values.
• Support always‑on content and proof‑point campaigns with timely, relevant creative.
• Collaborate with engagement and insights teams to test, learn, and optimize content performance.
• Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and creative quality across all content.
• Demonstrate and advocate company vision, mission, and values; adhere to company policies and procedures.
