You blend high-production aesthetics with lo-fi authenticity, creating content native to the platforms it lives on, and moving fast to meet client needs. Occasional travel as needed and advance notice provided based on client needs.

Qualifications

• CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects and Lightroom proficiency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing and storytelling.
• Ability to deliver under 4 hours for trending concepts.

Responsibilities

• Script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and photos.
• Identify emerging sounds, memes, and formats and adapt them to the brand voice.
• Create platform-native content tailored to each social feed.
• Direct influencers and clients to capture assets on brief.

Social Media Content Creator

Location: West Palm Beach

Part-time/Project Based (15-20 hours per week)

The Social Media Content Creator is the visual engine of our team. You are a trend-obsessed maker who lives behind the lens, capable of turning products into high-impact digital experiences. You blend high-production aesthetics with lo-fi authenticity, creating content that feels native to the platforms it lives on. This role requires speed, technical editing mastery, and a keen eye for emerging internet culture. Occasional travel as needed and advance notice (typically 2 weeks) provided based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and photography using mobile and professional tools.
• Trend Arbitrage: Identify emerging sounds, memes, and formats before they hit the mainstream and adapt them instantly to the brand voice.
• Platform-Native Design: Create content specifically designed for individual social feeds, avoiding a "corporate" or "ad-heavy" feel in favor of authenticity.
• On-Camera Presence & Direction: Direct influencers, clients, internal team members to capture perfect visual assets.

Required Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, and Lightroom.
• Visual Portfolio: A compelling reel or portfolio demonstrating a distinct aesthetic, storytelling ability, and technical editing skills.
• Agility: Proven ability to move from ideation to final post for a trending concept in under 4 hours.
• Trend Awareness: Deep immersion in TikTok and Meta ecosystems with an intuitive sense of what will go viral and when to engage with trends.
