SoTalent in Chicago is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to produce platform-native content for TikTok, Meta, YouTube and X, transforming briefs and cultural trends into compelling brand narratives.

You will shoot products and food, direct talent, experiment with AI tools to push digital advertising boundaries, and balance high-velocity posts with large-scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience creating social media content for brands.
• Expertise in creating for TikTok and Meta with current engagement strategies.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong background in photo art direction and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple high priority projects in a fast paced agency setting.
• Active interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance the creative process.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.

They are currently looking for a dynamic Content Creator to join their creative studio and help drive results for a diverse roster of global brands.

The ideal candidate is a social first storyteller who lives and breathes digital culture. We are looking for a hands on maker who can handle everything from shooting products and food to directing talent. You should be someone who is constantly experimenting with new technology, including AI, to push the boundaries of what is possible in digital advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable both behind the camera and appearing on screen as needed.
• Prior experience working within a creative agency environment.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing using Premiere and After Effects.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is 52,640 to 65,000 dollars per year depending on experience and skills.
