Nextant is looking for our next Content Coordinator 4 to join our client team. This role will contribute to and be responsible for content-related updates and operations support. Content lead work involves managing and updating workshop content, creating and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), and performing a variety of tasks related to content formatting, delivery guidance updates, curating feedback for analysis, and managing ADO tasks.
Brief Description
Nextant is looking for our next Content Coordinator 4 to join our client team. This role will contribute to and be responsible for content-related updates and operations support. Content lead work involves managing and updating workshop content, creating and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), and performing a variety of tasks related to content formatting, delivery guidance updates, curating feedback for analysis, and managing ADO tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- BOM Inventory and Assessment: Conduct inventory and assessment of Bill of Materials (BOM) explained below, which includes delivery guidance for workshops, Go to Market Assets, and other related materials.
- BOM Creation: Develop BOM for new workshops and modules, ensuring all necessary materials and guidance are included.
- BOM Updates: Manage and update BOM based on content changes for existing workshops, including overseeing workshop assets for both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Formatting Updates: Update and format workshop content including PowerPoint presentations and Word documents to ensure consistency and high-quality standards.
- Curating Input and Feedback: Collect and curate input from forms and feedback from surveys and Q&A sessions across various deliveries for comprehensive analysis.
- Analyzing Outcomes: Summarize outcomes and feedback from workshop deliveries and analyze outcomes to provide actionable insights.
- ADO Tasks: Manage and create tasks within Azure DevOps (ADO) to ensure smooth workflow and project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred
- 8 years’ experience required Proven experience in content formatting and management.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with content formatting and management.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with working in cross functional teams (especially with engineering)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with operations support and program management.
- Experience in managing workshop content and assets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze feedback and summarize outcomes effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic
- Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design Strong knowledge of computer software such as MS word, MS Power Point, Visio
- Disqualifier: Candidates with exclusive experience in technical writing will not be a good fit for the role. This role will need to have experience writing content for business and non-technical writing as well, so a candidate only experienced in technical writing would not be a good fit.
- Best vs Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience creating, revising, and assessing training and webinars. Subject Matter Expertise or even good familiarity with any power platform apps is nice to see but not required.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates that can work during standard PST or CST hours will be preferred
Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500 - $72,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
