Job summary

The Colson Center for Christian World View is seeking a Content and Communications Project Specialist in Colorado Springs (Hybrid) or Remote. The role provides high-level admin and PM support to the VP for Content and Communications and coordinates ministry-wide content logistics.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of admin or project coordination experience, and excels in communication, organization, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in an administrative support role and/or project coordination
• Ability to work in a dynamic high-growth environment
• Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write for diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, board members, consultants, and donors
• Self-starter and resourceful team player who can manage multiple projects under deadline

Responsibilities

• Perform all administrative duties to support the Vice President’s effectiveness, including scheduling and travel arrangements
• Coordinate ministry-wide content strategy, alignment, schedule, and review
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between Executive leadership and internal teams
• Draft, proofread, and finalize complex correspondence and board materials
• Prepare the Vice President for meetings with preparatory information
• Research, prioritize, and manage responses to incoming correspondence
• Manage multifaceted program logistics and calendars for meetings and conferences
• Support other duties and special projects as needed
• Preference for candidates in the Washington D.C. region
