Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in administrative support or project coordination.
• Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the VP for Content and Communications.
• Coordinate ministry-wide content strategy and schedules.
• Prepare complex documents, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Arrange travel, calendars, and meeting logistics.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and project workflows.
• Support additional duties as needed.
