Job summary

Synergis is seeking a content project manager in New York for YouTube product Help Center articles. Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday remote.

You will oversee article concepts, drafts, milestones, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver high‑quality, on‑time content. Responsibilities include writing and editing Help Center content, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in journalism, PR, internal or executive communications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job description

LOCATION: New York - Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)

PAY: $60.00 to $64.67/hour

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 08/05/2026 to 02/05/2027

Responsibilities:

• Oversee written Help Center articles from concept development to final delivery.
• Write drafts, drive milestone completion, manage timelines, and communicate across multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time.
• Write support and educational Help Center articles for YouTube products.
• Manage the full lifecycle of written content projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, legal) and external partners (e.g., production companies, agencies, creators) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure all written content meets YouTube's quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $64.67 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
