This role requires strategic thinking, strong writing, and ability to lead content programs that drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in content strategy or related field; agency experience preferred.
• Portfolio showing frameworks, plans, audits, and results.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across formats and voices.
• Experience with CMS platforms and social listening tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without dropping quality.
• Ability to translate research and data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build content strategies from the brief up, turning brand positioning into content pillars.
• Own editorial planning; manage calendars across owned, earned, and social channels.
• Audit content, perform gap analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Write and shape content; guide copywriters and designers on intent and format.
• Define KPIs, partner with Analytics on measurement, report progress.
• Lead SEO thinking and AI-driven search adaptations for content discoverability.
• Develop voice guidelines and governance for client teams; present to stakeholders.
• Apply AI responsibly within data policies, with human review.
