About the role

As a Content Migration Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for the maintenance and operation of the client's Content Management System (CMS) containing construction design and project delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture or Design Strategy with expertise in content marketing and synthesizing technical content for a design audience.

This job is part of the Program Management function. Program Managers are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

What you'll do

Perform migration of new content and maintain existing design standards within the backend of the client's Content Management System (CMS)

Collaborate with client subject matter experts and design partners to strategize on content information structure and the development of content

Follow up independently with collaborators on relevant deliverables and timelines

Assist the team in the creation and editing of within Google slides "Migration Decks" to ensure quality, including structural, linguistic, and graphical consistency and transparency

Develop new floor plans, elevations, axonometrics, illustrations, diagrams and other graphical content as required to support client content

Provide copy-editing support for all stakeholder-generated content

Assist in media asset handling and tracking of any new images for use in the Content Management System backend

Migrate new content into the Project Guide CMS system backend and review for consistency with Migration Decks

Assist in the database management for client specifications and products

Assist in data collection and analysis, including preparation of supporting presentations

Help maintain the platform via regular platform checks and content cleanup exercises

Strategize on content management process improvements for team scalability

Collaborate with client collaborators to define the long-term vision and strategy to drive platform and content development of design and operation guidance

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and delivery (or related design field)

  • A strategic mentality with the ability to conceptualize sophisticated information hierarchies

  • Excellent communication skills and client presentation experience

  • Strong graphic design skills

  • A strong attention to detail

  • A self-starter who can independently prioritize tasks

  • Ability to collaborate with a broader team in the pursuit of larger efforts

  • Strong knowledge of Google Workplace software suite including Slides, Sheets, and Docs

  • Experience with graphical and architectural software including Adobe Creative Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit tools

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $118,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
