Duration: 6-12 months

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in verbal and written English and any one of the following languages
• Swedish

• Polish
• Japanese
• Previous experience in customer service – preferably email support experience
• Native Speaker
• Must have lived in the locale for a minimum of 2 of the past 5 years or be a frequent traveler to the native language
• Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and any one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese
• Undergraduate Degree required
• Strong Analytical Skills
