Your Role

As a Weekend Sales Associate, you act as a brand ambassador by building genuine connections with customers, offering personalized styling advice, and maintaining an organized, attractive store. You will work with your team to deliver tailored customer experiences, create fashionable looks, and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that enhances customer loyalty and supports the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and welcome clients proactively to initiate the experience and demonstrate willingness to assist.
  • Engage customers with authentic connections and personalized styling.
  • Develop deep customer relationships through effective selling and service behaviors.
  • Follow up and follow through on customer requests and commitments.
  • Promote store services and handle transactions smoothly.
  • Assist customers across store areas, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
  • Educate yourself and customers on merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services.
  • Use product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
  • Maintain operational tasks such as keeping the selling floor organized, restocking, processing receipts, cleaning fitting rooms, and returning merchandise.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and merchandise protection standards.
  • Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
  • Promote inclusivity and respect diverse styles and personalities.
  • Maintain professionalism, adhere to work schedules, and uphold personal presentation standards.
What You Bring
  • Experience in luxury fashion styling or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build brand loyalty through customer connections.
  • Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30lb, and perform related tasks, with or without accommodations.
  • Customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology.
  • Initiative, motivation, and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 10 pounds.
