Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Denver seeks a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated service and personal engagement, both in-store and digitally using the latest technology. You will be the trusted style confidante, delivering fashion guidance and omni-channel support to drive sales and client loyalty.

This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and requires a flexible, customer-centric mindset.

YOU WILL BE

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Selling Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience

Salary Range $17.00 - $25.30*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
