Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Worship Leader to guide weekly rehearsals and services at Ellsworth Air Force Base. The role includes arranging music, providing vocal leadership, and coordinating with the Chaplain to align with Protestant traditions.

The successful candidate will have strong sight-reading, arranging, and leadership abilities, with experience directing a contemporary worship team and delivering meaningful prayers and remarks during services.

Qualifications

Strong vocal ability and experience leading congregational worship.
Proficiency in sight-reading, arranging, and performing music.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct weekly rehearsals and worship services, including special events (holidays, memorials, funerals).
Provide vocal leadership and guide the congregation in worship.
Select and arrange music in coordination with the Chaplain.
Deliver opening remarks and prayers aligned with Protestant traditions.
Prepare music scores, arrangements, and audio/visual lyrics.
