Contemporary Dance Instructor (Competitive Program)

Deep Dance Studio is looking for a passionate and experienced Contemporary Dance Instructor to join our growing competitive program for the 2026–2027 season, starting in August 2026.

We are searching for a teacher who loves working with young dancers, values strong technical training, and knows how to inspire students both artistically and emotionally.

What You’ll Do

• Teach Contemporary Dance classes for dancers ages 7+
• Train and prepare students for competitive performances and stage productions
• Develop dancers’ technique, artistry, flexibility, strength, and performance quality
• Create a positive, disciplined, and inspiring classroom environment
• Collaborate with our teaching team during performances, rehearsals, and productions

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• Strong background in Contemporary Dance training
• Experience with competitive dance programs and performance preparation
• Solid technical foundation in:
  • Classical Ballet
  • Jazz Technique
  • Contemporary Dance
  • Conditioning & Stretching
• Ability to work with children and teens in a motivating and professional way
• Passion for mentorship, creativity, and artistic development
