Job summary

AllFreight Delivery LLC is seeking an experienced container unloader for our warehousing operations in Ohio. The role focuses on coordinating the container unloading team, maintaining flow, and reporting progress to leadership.

You will be expected to lift, move and wrap boxes, while adhering to safety and attendance standards. The position requires walkie rider experience and basic math and reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to hand stack boxes and wrap repeatedly.
• Walkie rider experience required; current certifications preferred.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift.
• Main contact to facilitate container unloading flow; coordination with leadership for progress updates.
• Excellent attendance required.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the container unloading team and ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for progress updates with leadership.
• Support all tasks required to meet unloading production goals.

• Must be able to hand stack boxes and wrap repeatedly.


• Previous warehouse experience using a walkie rider is required. Current certifications preferred.


• Ability to lift 15–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.


• You will be the main point of contact to facilitate flow for the container unloading team. Leadership will coordinate with you for progress updates.


• Must exhibit excellent attendance.


• Basic ability to read, write, and perform simple math.


• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.


• Team Player: Good attitude and communication with supervisors and teammates. Ability to support any/all tasks required.


• Daily use of material-handling equipment: Must be able to operate a Walkie Rider EPJ

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with variable temperatures depending on the season.


• Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods.
