Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of hands-on experience, and the ability to read English for OSHA safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in construction or related field.
• Proven experience using hand and power tools independently.
• Ability to read and understand English for OSHA safety requirements.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repair tasks using hand and power tools with minimal supervision.
• Complete general carpentry repairs, painting, caulking, cutting, and cosmetic container repairs.
• Operate forklifts safely (certification available if needed).
• Operate standard shop equipment and perform required cutting operations safely.
• Pressure wash and clean containers.
• Rig and lift materials as part of repair work.
