Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Arlington, TX seeks a Container Flow Analyst (Supply Chain) to ensure returnable packaging aligns with production needs. You will analyze data, resolve container shortages, and coordinate with plants and suppliers to maintain smooth flow of materials.

On-site role with a first shift, full-time employment and benefits. Candidates should have 2+ years in supply chain/logistics and a BS degree, plus strong Excel skills and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Two plus years experience in Supply Chain / Logistics related field and /or equivalent BS degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; advanced skills desired.
• Outstanding collaborator and communicator. Customer service mindset.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Data and cost analysis to resolve issues and suggest process improvements
• Root causing container shortage issues
• Maintain active relationship with plant material and floor leadership and personnel to aide in resolving issues
• Maintain active relationships with the customers supplier base to ensure effective communication in regard to container flow issues
• Communication and collaboration with customer Containerization HQ and other plant Container Flow Analysts to support problem resolution.
