Job Title: Container Flow Analyst (Supply Chain)
Location: St. Louis (remote, 10% Travel to on-site location)
Pay Rate: $28.00-$30/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Full-time, Direct (with full benefits)

The Container Flow - Audit Analyst plays a critical role in supporting packaging operations by analyzing container audits, identifying surplus or obsolete container inventory, and facilitating corrective actions. This position interfaces with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient container utilization and flow across customer facilities and Tier 1 suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate analysis of data from audits initiated by customer
  • Disposition surplus and obsolete containers at external suppliers
  • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with audit standards.
  • Provide directions for container repositioning and update audit logs. Assist with setting up trucks and communicating container moves with external suppliers
  • Review and utilize customer systems and reports to identify container flow trends
  • Participate and lead special projects and present findings to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Team, and Slack
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
  • Must be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a proactive approach to balancing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Desired but not required skills:

  • Experience in packaging, logistics, container management within a manufacturing environment preferred.
