Job summary

KMTC USA Corporation in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Container Equipment Coordinator to manage inventory, availability, and movement across the U.S. network. You will optimize utilization and support cost control and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include monitoring depot inventory, coordinating container positioning, and handling repair and off-hire requests with vendors and depots, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location.

  • Communicate effectively with terminals, depots, trucking companies, and internal teams
  • Support equipment-related cost analysis and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in internal equipment management systems
  • This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs

Job Summary

Responsible for managing container equipment inventory, availability, and movement across the U.S. network. This role ensures optimal equipment utilization while supporting cost control and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. (Form I-9 verification required upon hire)
  • Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location
Work Schedule:

M-F (Standard Business Hours local time)
