Qualifications

• 18+ years old and a valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing
• Strong time management skills, excellent customer service, and great verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Drives container delivery truck to transport waste containers to drop off and pick up at customer locations
• Performs pre/post trip inspections of assigned vehicle per Casella safety standards and regulations
• Maintains appearance of truck according to company standards
• Exhibits dedication to safe operation on streets, highways, and customer sites
• Provides courteous service and timely delivery/collection
• Participates in training and acts to support company vision and core values
